Return policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item in new, unused condition within 365 days of the purchase date. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a refund, returned items must include all original parts, shrink wrap, and protective seals.

    Return Guidelines:

    • Ship items in securely closed packaging using a traceable shipping method, such as USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS.
    • USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx and UPS automatically include the first $100 of insurance. Please purchase additional insurance if the value of your return exceeds $100.
    • Items must arrive undamaged to qualify for a refund (insurance is recommended for this reason).
    • Packages must be prepaid—C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
    • To qualify for a refund, returned items must be new & unused. They must include all original parts, shrink wrap, and protective seals.

    You must contact us to initiate a return. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

    Custom-sized filters are made specifically to your order and cannot be returned. 

    Returned to Sender Policy:

    If a package is returned to sender due to customer error (including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete address), the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of re-shipping, the original shipping fee will be withheld from any refund issued.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Be sure to include clear photos of the item, the box, and the shipping label. Additional images may be requested if necessary. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
