Returns and Exchanges

We trust that you are pleased with your purchase from FilterSolution.com. We sell, and personally use as well, the finest in air and water filtration products. Each order is filled to your specifications. Thoughtful attention is given to your order and packed with care.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us NEW AND UNUSED. If you need an exchange, just place another order for the desired items.

Complete the Return Form (found either on the reverse side of your sales receipt, or included separately in the shipping box), and include it in your return package. If you've misplaced it, click here for a copy of the Return Form.

Ship securely closed packages using a method that can be traced, such as FedEx Ground, or UPS. FedEx Ground and UPS include the first $100 of insurance. You will have to add additional insurance if your return is valued at over $100.

Returns must arrive UNDAMAGED in order to receive a refund (hence the reason for the insurance!).

Package MUST be prepaid - we cannot accept COD's.

**Custom-sized filters are made to your specifications, and cannot be returned.**
