It's our policy to replace damaged shipments immediately (provided it's in stock). We ask that you retain the damaged shipment for 30 days while we file a damage claim with the shipper, in the event they would need to inspect the package. If you've had the unfortunate experience of receiving damaged shipments, login to your account, click the My Account tab, then click the Contact Support link to enter a case.

This policy does not apply to commercial sales. In the event of commercial shipments, it's the responsibility of the receipient to thoroughly inspect the shipment and note any damages on the freight bill before signing it and accepting the shipment
